Account Manager (Sales)
Computer Land Malaysia is currently building a team of highly qualified consultants and engineers, who have broad experience in state-of-the-art technology solutions, as well as in-depth understanding of the underlying business issues that drive such initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline).
- Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and account management.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Experience or familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research, effectively managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Computer Land Malaysia’s technology solutions, effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to sales management on progress and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
